Preamble

This games platform is a place in the web for simply all friends of Axis & Allies and the clones! It is designated to support playing by eMail and conveys the players with own tools, interfaces and information for this purpose. It claims to be a frank host for players and other enthusiasts around.
It is not a club but free of charge system treating all participants as equal partners. Is is driven by openness but nevertheless with regard and respect not to offend anyone personally nor violate any offical rights.
Anyone equipped with authorizations different from others is entitled for them to fulfill a duty which does not make him superior in any case.
Nobody can claim anyhing herein as long as it will be build up by himself! New ideas are basically just limited by two restrictions:
1. A sponsor who can take over the duty (in ideal perfection this is the demandant himself!).
2. Technical feasibility.
